- Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. - Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
The payment methods Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on . Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.
TOS/RULES FOR RETURN ONLINE SALES
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the order you receive, please contact us.
One of our representatives will be happy to help make things right.
On any items that are personalised or made to order, returns can only be made if item is faulty, such as damage to the clothing or miss-print on our part.
Refunds for SupplyDrops returns will be limited to the product price only and will not include shipping and handling costs incurred at the time of purchase and as previously mentioned are at the discretion of our support team.
As all our clothing sizes are clearly stated on every product before you make a purchase, we do not offer a refund or replacement for items of clothing that do not fit you.
DAMAGED ITEM / LOW QUALITY PRINT
For the fastest resolution, please in your communications provide us with a picture demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
As all items are proofed before adding to the stores (for streamer stores, the streamer stores owner also gets a physical sample of the tshirt/print to be proofed before general sale), this should not happen but if any thing is brought to our attention our customer support team will be happy to help out.
The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
We will use this information to help you with your order and eliminate errors in future printing.
We cannot offer a refund/replacement on any order where the issue is a result of a low quality image provided by the streamer/general customer.
If your item arrives misprinted – e.g with a different image/text to what you submitted, we will offer a refund on the item once it has been returned.
3D PRINTED PRODUCTS
All our 3D printed products are printed in PLA (Polylactic acid) plastic which is made from a renewable resource. It’s biodegradable and eco-friendly. FDM(Fused deposition modeling) 3D Printing is an additive manufacturing process by which each layer is printed one at a time.
As is common with 3D printing, the items printed may have small imperfections, but will not affect the durability of the product. Prints often have glue residue on the base of the 3D printed item as this is used during the print process, all our 3D printed products are sent right from the print bed and receive no treatment prior to shipping, sanding/painting can be done by the customer as required to make their finished end product/item look how they wish.
Please return all items within 14 Days of the package arrival date in the original packaging where possible, we will issue a refund once the item has been received and processed through our system or within 14 working days of it arriving back with us, which ever is shorter.
Items can be returned to the return address below or on the return section of the postage label, or via the packing slip, return postage costs are to be paid by the BUYER and these postage costs will not be refunded.
Please note again we do not accept returns on personalised or made to order items unless we have made a mistake or the item is not fit for purpose.
IN-STORE PURCHASES REFUND/RETURN POLICY
For all products that are purchased in store the following rules apply:
We will accept returns and exchanges with a valid receipt for 21 days after purchase*.
Any refunds that are issued will be issued in the same manner that payment was made.
If you purchase any garment that is not in our excluded returns list and it does not fit you, please return the garment along with your receipt within 21 days of the date of purchase shown on the receipt and we will exchange it for another size/colour where applicable as long as the item shows no signs of wear and in original packaging.
*Items that are exempt from our returns policy:
Personalised items, customised items, made to order items, underwear/swimwear and sales items.
This does not effect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.
Additional return terms that apply to both online and in-store sales for Business to Business transactions:
All items that are eligible for return will have a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price deducted from any refunds issued (this does not apply to faulty products/mistakes made by our team).
